Trend conducts our data center hosting and technical support services from sites located in Cleveland and Willoughby, Ohio.  The Cleveland data center is a highly secure, state-of-the-art facility operating 24x7x365 and monitored around the clock.  The facility is a dual-perimeter site, with servers located in a climate-controlled, raised-floor environment, safeguarded by a chemical fire protection system.  The Willoughby technical assistance center is a state-of-the-art business center staffed 24x7x365 with IT professionals ready to assist in your support needs.
